Personal Injury
I have been involved in personal injury litigation for over 38 years.
I worked for the Automobile Club of Southern California as a claims adjuster and Senior Litigation Specialist for 13 years. When I passed the Bar I spent several years working for various Law Firms providing a defense for Insureds, with the balance of my career focused on the handling of cases for injured and damaged individuals. I specialize in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. I have taken cases to trial that have resulted in verdicts in excess of $1,000,000.00 and have negotiated settlements for sums in excess of $4,000,000.00. I am uniquely qualified in the field of personal injury law as I have handled matters from the insurance company perspective, from a defense counsel prospective and from the injured party or Plaintiffs prospective. I enjoy what I do and I am committed to my clients and what I believe to be in their best interests.
Motorcycle Accidents
I have been riding motorcycles for over 40 years. Not because it’s popular, but because I love to ride. Over the years I have logged over 500,000 miles on my motorcycles. I understand what it is to ride, and I understand what it is to crash. I know what a motorcycle can and cannot do. I understand the problems and prejudices against motorcycle riders and I can address and overcome them from my own personal knowledge and experience. I have, and continue to represent, all manner of riders from HOG members to solo riders to Club members. You can expect top shelf representation from a seasoned rider who loves to be in the wind and someone who brings the brotherhood of the road to the negotiating table and to the court room. I am not a self-professed “Motorcycle Attorney”, I am the real deal: a biker for bikers.
